Licensing, vehicles and drivers

Every vehicle in our fleet is licensed for commercial passenger transport in Turkey, fully insured and serviced on a regular schedule. The cars are air-conditioned, smoke-free, and the Mercedes Vito and family minivans are equipped with USB charging, bottled water on arrival and free child seats on request.

Drivers are local to the Belek and Antalya region, hold a valid Turkish commercial passenger license (SRC) and are experienced with international guests, hotel security gate procedures and flight terminal pickup. Our dispatch team can match a German or Russian-speaking driver on request for VIP bookings.

How we keep prices fixed and fair

We do not use a taxi meter. Every quote is a fixed total for the full private vehicle, agreed on WhatsApp before pickup. The price already includes fuel, tolls, parking at the airport, driver time and a sensible waiting buffer. There is no prepayment requirement for standard transfers — you simply pay the driver in cash (EUR, USD or TRY) at the end of the trip.

If you have an unusual route, an overnight stay, multiple stops, a wedding shuttle, a corporate group movement or a long-distance Pamukkale / Cappadocia plan, we will quote the route specifically rather than slot you into a generic price.

What you can expect from a booking

1. You send your trip details on WhatsApp (pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight number if relevant).
2. We reply with a fixed total in EUR and a vehicle suggestion within minutes.
3. You confirm. We assign a driver and share their name & vehicle plate on WhatsApp before pickup.
4. Driver arrives on time. Helps with luggage. Drives directly to your destination.
5. You pay in cash on arrival. We follow up on WhatsApp for return pickup details if needed.
