Never quote exact show times or days, unit closing hours or ticket prices; say 'gates usually open around 10:00, water zones close early evening, Shopping Avenue stays open late; winter hours shorter, slides closed roughly Nov-Apr'. DROP-OFF: main visitor car park / park gate off Kadriye Yolu (day tickets; walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles); Shopping Avenue entrance (evening shows, dinner, no-ticket guests); Kingdom and Nickelodeon hotel receptions have own driveways (airport arrivals - tell the driver which hotel). RETURN: car-park side pavement outside the main gate, same spot as drop-off; after the show the exit takes 10-20 min to clear - plan pickup ~15 min after the finale or agree a pull-in on Kadriye Yolu. Parking free; no overnight parking. FREE: Shopping Avenue entry and all its shows, parking, sunbeds/umbrellas/rafts in the park, entry for under-4s (ID), park entry for Kingdom, Nickelodeon and Rixos hotel guests (fixed hotel shuttle). FAMILY: child ticket 4-11, adult 12+, under-12s with an adult 18+; same-day re-entry allowed; no outside food; towels not supplied, lockers extra; swim diapers for babies; strollers OK but not rented; height limits posted per ride; indoor Nickelodeon areas are the rainy-day fallback. Arrive ~09:45 for opening; weekday mornings and Apr-Jun / Sep-Oct are calmest. Bus/dolmus is slow; a private car is the practical choice with kids or after dark.
