How we collect and verify reviews
After each completed transfer we follow up on WhatsApp and ask two questions: was the driver on time, and would you book again? Guests who want to say more use the form above or reply in their own words. Before anything is published we match the review to a transfer in our WhatsApp history — the route, the date and the number it came from — and we check that the guest ticked the consent box. A review we cannot match to a transfer we drove is not published, however kind it is.
Published reviews carry a first name, a country and the route travelled, and nothing else. They are never edited beyond trimming length. Critical reviews go up too; they are the fastest way for us to find a weak point in the service and fix it.
What every review is measured against
- Punctuality — the driver is at the meeting point before the agreed time, with flight tracking for airport pickups.
- Fixed pricing — the total agreed on WhatsApp is the total paid, in EUR, USD or TRY cash, with no night or weekend surcharge on standard routes.
- The right vehicle — a Mercedes Vito for up to six or an eight-seat minivan, matched to the group and its luggage, never a shared shuttle.
- Real communication — a human answers on WhatsApp 24/7, before, during and after the trip.

How do I leave a review?
Fill in the short form on this page. It opens WhatsApp with your review already typed — press Send there and it reaches us directly. You can also just message us in your own words after the transfer, good or bad.
Will my review be published?
Only if you tick the consent box and we can match the review to a transfer we actually drove. Published reviews carry your first name, your country and the route, and nothing else. We do not edit reviews beyond trimming length, and critical ones go up too.
Why are there no reviews on this page yet?
Because we publish only reviews that are real and that we can verify against a completed transfer. The sample testimonials that came with this website template were removed rather than passed off as guest feedback, and nothing is shown here until guests write it.
How do I judge the service without reviews?
By what we put in writing before you travel. You get the total price for the whole vehicle on WhatsApp before the car moves, you pay nothing until the driver drops you off, and you can cancel free up to four hours before pickup. If the price or the car is not what was agreed, you owe nothing.
Do you buy or write reviews?
No. A review appears here only when a guest wrote it and agreed to its being shown.
Is anything from the form stored on this website?
No. The form does not send anything to this server; it builds a WhatsApp message on your phone and you decide whether to send it. What you write reaches us the same way a booking does.
