You can request a vehicle class (Mercedes Vito, family minivan or Sprinter) and we will assign the best available vehicle in that class. We cannot guarantee a specific model, year or colour, but we can guarantee the class and capacity you booked.
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are free of charge when requested before pickup. Please share the child age in the WhatsApp message so the right seat is fitted.
Yes. Standard golf travel bags fit comfortably in the Mercedes Vito and in the family minivan, and those are the only two vehicles we run — a hard travel case will not go in a saloon boot alongside suitcases, which is why we do not run saloons at all. For four golfers with full bags, the Vito takes the clubs and the people in one car.
No. We run the Mercedes Vito and the 8-seat minivan, and nothing smaller. Guests here travel loaded — checked suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs, golf travel cases — and a saloon boot cannot take them safely, so a couple travelling alone gets the Vito at the same fixed per-vehicle price rather than a car their luggage will not fit in.

Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet carries full commercial passenger insurance valid in Turkey. Vehicles are inspected regularly and drivers hold the required commercial license (SRC).
