Yes. Free child seats and booster seats are available on every tour with the Mercedes Vito or family minivan. Some long-distance tours (Pamukkale, Cappadocia) are tiring for under-5s — we will be honest about which tours suit which ages.
Driver communication is in English by default, with German and Russian-speaking drivers available on request. For other languages (French, Italian, Arabic, etc.) WhatsApp dispatch is multi-lingual and we coordinate via written messages with the driver.
Standard tour payment is cash to the driver in EUR, USD or TRY at the end of the trip. Multi-day tours like Cappadocia may require a small deposit (paid via bank transfer or in cash at pickup) to confirm hotel and balloon bookings.
