🛥 The experience

Luna Riviera is an 18 metre motor yacht, built in 2015 with a 5 metre beam that gives the deck real width for sunbathing. It is sold by the seat rather than by the boat, so you pay £60 per person and share the day with at most 11 other guests, looked after by three crew. Three cabins and shower and WC facilities mean there is always somewhere to change or hide from the midday sun. It works well for couples who find party boats too loud, for families with older children, and for small groups of friends who want a yacht experience without a charter bill.

The day starts at your hotel entrance, where our driver collects you and heads for Belek Kundu Harbor. The captain welcomes everyone on board, runs through the safety basics and takes the yacht out along the coast. The first stop is a swim from the stern in water that is clearer than the beach in front of the hotels. Lunch follows at anchor, served on deck, and the soft drinks keep coming from boarding to disembarking. There is time for a second swim or a stretch on the sun deck before the four hours are up, the boat returns to the harbour and your driver takes you back.

1. Step 1 — Your driver waits at the hotel entrance in Belek, Kadriye or Bogazkent at the time agreed on WhatsApp
2. Step 2 — A short drive along the coast road to Belek Kundu Harbor, where the Luna Riviera is moored
3. Step 3 — Welcome aboard from the captain, a few words on safety, and the lines are cast off
4. Step 4 — The yacht motors out along the coast and anchors in calm water for the first swim
5. Step 5 — Lunch on deck while the boat sits at anchor, with soft drinks kept topped up
6. Step 6 — Another swimming stop or a lazy hour on the sun deck, whichever the group prefers
7. Step 7 — Back alongside at Kundu Harbor once the four hours are up
8. Step 8 — Same driver, same vehicle, straight back to your hotel

💡 Good to know

Departures run every day and the operator keeps the hours flexible, so we can usually match a morning or afternoon slot to what suits your group. The Belek sea is comfortable for swimming from May to late October; July and August are hottest, so book an earlier start if you burn easily. Wear swimwear under loose clothes, pack a towel and high-factor sun cream, and leave heels and heavy bags in the hotel. Children are welcome on a boat this size, and we will check any age limits with the captain once you tell us their ages. Child seats for the transfer cost nothing.

What to bring

• Swimwear on under your clothes, so the first anchor stop is not spent queueing for a cabin
• A beach towel for drying off between swims
• High-factor sun cream, a cap and sunglasses, as shade on deck is limited
