Adalya Elite Lara sits at the Kundu end of Lara, so the drive to Land of Legends is a straightforward run of about 26 km along the coastal road towards Kadriye and Belek. Your driver collects you from the hotel entrance and heads inland to the theme park in roughly 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the Lara traffic. There is no waiting for a shared shuttle to fill up and no hunting for a taxi rank: it is one private car, booked for your group alone, straight from the colonnaded lobby to the park gates.

Booking a fixed per-vehicle fare means the figure you agree on WhatsApp is the figure you pay at the end, in cash. A metered taxi from Kundu can climb with every set of lights on the Lara road, and holiday traffic only makes that worse. Our price is set by the car, not the clock, so a family of four pays the same 40 € whether the run takes 25 minutes or 35. There is no night surcharge either, which matters when you leave after the late show.

Adalya Elite Lara is a large all-inclusive resort that fills with families and couples, so most guests travel in a group with beach bags, a pushchair or a couple of extra passengers. Because of that we run van-class vehicles only: the Mercedes Vito from 40 € takes one to six people with room to spread out beside the bags, and larger family parties of up to eight take the minivan from 50 €. A couple travelling on their own rides in the same Vito. Free child seats are fitted on request, so younger children in the group ride safely to the park and back.

Pickup at Adalya Elite Lara

Your driver parks in the drop-off area under the colonnaded portico at the main entrance of Adalya Elite Lara and waits with a name-board showing your name. Because the resort is set on the Kundu strip, there is no need to walk out to the main road: the car comes to the lobby. Send a WhatsApp message the evening before to confirm the time, and again once you are ready in reception. If your group is running a few minutes late from breakfast, a quick message keeps everything relaxed.

A day at Land of Legends

Land of Legends packs a full day into one site, which suits families leaving the all-inclusive for the afternoon. The Hyper Coaster is the headline ride, and from late spring to early autumn the aquapark runs alongside the theme-park rides. The free-to-walk Shopping Avenue, with its aquarium, is worth an hour even without a wristband, and the Kingdom Hotel anchors the far end. Park tickets start from about £65 per person, bought separately, so plan whether you want rides, water and the show, or just the avenue and the evening spectacle.

Evening night show and the ride back

The after-dark night show, with its dancing fountains and parade, is the reason to stay late rather than head back mid-afternoon. Tell us your rough finishing time when you book, and your driver returns to the same meeting point after the show rather than leaving you to find a taxi in the late-night crowd. There is no surcharge for a late pickup, so the fare back to Adalya Elite Lara is the same as the fare out. Pay the driver in cash in euros, dollars or Turkish lira at the end.
