Land of Legends Opening Hours, Tickets and Show Times: A Planning Guide

The Land of Legends runs to a seasonal rhythm: gates usually open around ten in the morning, the water zones wind down in the early evening, and Shopping Avenue stays open late for the free shows. This guide sets out how the hours, tickets and evening programme fit together — and how a fixed-price transfer ties the day up neatly.

Opening hours follow the season

The park keeps a seasonal timetable rather than one fixed set of hours. In the main season the gates usually open around ten in the morning; the water zones — Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon and the new Waterfly Land tower — wind down in the early evening, while Shopping Avenue stays open late into the night. Winter is a different park: hours shorten and the outdoor slides close from roughly November to April, leaving the indoor Nickelodeon sections as the cold-weather fallback. Exact times shift with the calendar, so treat the day's programme on the official site as the last word before you set out. If you want the big slides at their emptiest, arrive shortly before the gates open on a weekday; April to June and September to October are the calmest months.

Tickets: age bands, freebies and what is included

Tickets come in two bands: a child ticket for ages four to eleven and an adult ticket from twelve up, with under-fours entering free on proof of age. Under-twelves must be accompanied by an adult of eighteen or over. Prices change with the season, so take the current figure from the official site rather than anything quoted second-hand. The ticket covers more than the slides: the Dolphin Land show is included, sunbeds, umbrellas and rafts are free inside the park, and same-day re-entry is allowed, so a midday rest at the hotel costs nothing. Guests of the Kingdom Hotel, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts and the Rixos properties enter free and use a fixed hotel shuttle. Budget a little extra for lockers, bring your own towels, and note that outside food is not allowed through the turnstiles.

The evening shows cost nothing

The night-time programme runs on Shopping Avenue, the open-air mall with a canal that sits outside the turnstiles — so the Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain water-and-light shows and the Wonder of Legends castle finale are all free, with no park ticket needed. Timing is usually evening, but the line-up moves with the season, so check the day's programme rather than planning around a fixed clock. That makes a show-only visit an easy plan: have your driver drop you at the Shopping Avenue entrance, eat by the canal, watch the finale and walk back out. Bear in mind that the crowd leaves in one wave — the exit takes ten to twenty minutes to clear after the castle show, so agree a pickup about fifteen minutes after the finale, or a pull-in on Kadriye Yolu.

Fitting the transfer around the gates

A private car makes the timetable easy to hit. From Kadriye the gate is five to eight minutes away, from Belek ten to fifteen, and from Antalya Airport thirty to forty — allow up to an hour if you land in the late-afternoon rush on the D400. Prices are per vehicle, agreed on WhatsApp and paid in cash to the driver: from Belek €15 by sedan or €25 by Mercedes Vito, from the airport €25 or €35. For a day visit ask for the main visitor car park off Kadriye Yolu and walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles; for an evening show the Shopping Avenue entrance is closer. The return car waits on the car-park side pavement outside the main gate, the same spot as drop-off, and child seats are fitted free if you mention the ages.

Practical tips

  • Arrive about a quarter of an hour before the gates open — the first hour is the quietest on the big slides.
  • Same-day re-entry is allowed, so you can rest at the hotel and come back for the evening.
  • The evening shows on Shopping Avenue are free and need no park ticket.
  • Slides close from roughly November to April; check the official site before a winter visit.
  • After the castle finale the exit takes ten to twenty minutes to clear — plan the pickup about fifteen minutes after it ends.

Frequently asked questions

What time does The Land of Legends open?

Gates usually open around 10:00, the water zones close in the early evening and Shopping Avenue stays open late. Hours shorten in winter and shift through the season, so check the day's programme on the official site before you travel rather than relying on a fixed timetable.

How much are Land of Legends tickets?

Ticket prices change with the season, so take the current figure from the official site. The bands themselves are fixed: children aged four to eleven pay the child rate, everyone twelve and over pays the adult rate, and under-fours enter free with proof of age.

Are the evening shows really free?

Yes. The Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain shows and the Wonder of Legends castle finale all take place on Shopping Avenue, outside the turnstiles, so no park ticket is needed. Entry to the avenue and parking are free; only food, drink and shopping cost money.

Is Land of Legends open in winter?

The resort stays open but on shorter hours, and the outdoor slides close from roughly November to April. The indoor Nickelodeon sections still run and Shopping Avenue keeps its restaurants going, so a winter visit is possible — just check the official site for that week's hours first.

Can we leave the park and come back the same day?

Yes, same-day re-entry is allowed, which suits families staying nearby: spend the morning on the slides, ride back to the hotel for lunch and a rest, then return for the evening shows. From Belek the hop is ten to fifteen minutes each way in a private car.

How do we get there and home again, and what does it cost?

Prices are per vehicle: from Belek €15 by sedan or €25 by Mercedes Vito, and from Antalya Airport €25 or €35. For the return your driver waits on the car-park side pavement outside the main gate — plan the pickup about fifteen minutes after the finale, as the exit clears slowly.
