From Antalya city centre to the park

From the city centre the car follows the D400 east past Lara and Kundu, crosses the Aksu bridge and turns off for Kadriye, reaching the park gate in 45–55 minutes over roughly 40 km. Leaving around 09:00 from most central districts puts you at the entrance for opening — gates usually open around 10:00 — ahead of the coach traffic. Ask the driver for the main visitor car park off Kadriye Yolu; from there you walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles. Heading back, allow extra time through the airport stretch in the 17:00–19:00 peak.

Coming from Antalya it makes sense to treat this as one full day rather than the split visits Belek locals enjoy. Start in Aqua Land while queues are short, and if the group runs to thrill-seekers, the new Waterfly Land slide tower is the 2026 headline. Tropic Lagoon suits smaller children, Adventure Land keeps its dry coasters for the afternoon, and the Dolphin Land show is included with the ticket. Sunbeds, umbrellas and rafts are free, though towels are not supplied and lockers cost extra. If the weather turns, the indoor Nickelodeon sections are the fallback.

Plenty of city guests come only for the evening. Shopping Avenue is a free open-air mall along a canal, and its shows — the Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain displays and the Wonder of Legends castle finale — need no park ticket; they usually run in the evening, so check the day's programme. After the finale the exit road takes ten to twenty minutes to clear, so we set the pickup about fifteen minutes afterwards at the car-park pavement outside the main gate, or agree a pull-in on Kadriye Yolu. The D400 is quiet by then, so the ride back to the centre is at the quick end of 45–55 minutes.

The fare is fixed before you travel: €40 for a sedan taking up to four, €50 for a Mercedes Vito taking up to six, €65 for a minivan taking up to eight — per vehicle, in either direction, paid in cash to the driver at the end. A metered street taxi leaves a 40 km fare open until you arrive, and excursion coaches from Antalya hotels spend an hour looping pickups before they even reach the D400, then fix your departure hour on the way home. Split between four, the €40 sedan comes to a few euros a head each way, and child seats are provided free.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a taxi from Antalya city centre to The Land of Legends?

The fixed fare is €40 for a sedan carrying up to four passengers, €50 for a Mercedes Vito carrying up to six, and €65 for a minivan carrying up to eight. Prices are per vehicle rather than per person, apply in both directions, and are paid in cash to the driver.

How long does the drive from Antalya centre take?

It is about 40 km from the city centre to the park gate, which takes 45–55 minutes on the D400 in normal traffic. The stretch past the airport slows in the 17:00–19:00 peak, so for an evening visit either leave before it builds or allow a little extra.

Where does the driver collect us for the return to Antalya?

At the car-park side pavement outside the main gate, the same place you were set down in the morning. The exit road needs ten to twenty minutes to empty after the finale, so we plan the pickup roughly fifteen minutes after the show, or arrange a quieter pull-in on Kadriye Yolu.

Is the trip manageable with young children?

Yes. Child seats are free — tell us the ages when you book on WhatsApp — and the 45–55 minute ride is short enough for a nap each way. Inside the park, under-fours enter free with ID, strollers are welcome though not rented on site, and Masha and The Bear land suits toddlers.

Can we come from Antalya just for the evening shows?

Yes. Shopping Avenue is free to enter and its shows — the Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain displays and the castle finale — need no park ticket. They usually run in the evening, but the line-up changes, so check the day's programme; leaving the centre before the 17:00–19:00 peak makes the ride easier.

Why book a private car instead of an excursion coach or dolmus?

An excursion coach loops half the city's hotels before it leaves and sets your departure hour for you; the dolmus route is slow and awkward after dark with tired children. A private car goes door to door at the minute you choose, and the €40 sedan fare covers the whole vehicle.
