Land of Legends Shopping Avenue Transfer: Show Night Without a Ticket

Shopping Avenue is the free side of The Land of Legends: an open-air mall around a canal in Kadriye, with restaurants, shops and the evening fountain and castle shows that need no park ticket. We run fixed-price private cars to the avenue entrance from Belek, Kadriye, Bogazkent and Antalya Airport, priced per vehicle, with cash paid to the driver.

An evening on the avenue needs no park ticket

Shopping Avenue is the open-air promenade that fronts The Land of Legends in Kadriye, and entry is free at any hour it is open. You walk in past the shops and restaurants, follow the canal, and watch the Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain water-and-light shows and the Wonder of Legends castle finale without buying a park ticket. The performances usually run in the evening; times change through the season, so check the day's programme rather than planning around a fixed hour. The avenue stays open late even when the water zones have closed for the day, and in winter the programme is shorter but the promenade still opens. Parking at the main car park is free, which keeps a private car the simplest way to arrive.

Drop-off at the Shopping Avenue entrance

Tell the driver you are heading to the shows and he will set you down at the Shopping Avenue entrance rather than the day-ticket gate, so you step straight onto the promenade. From Belek hotels it is 5–8 km and typically 10–15 minutes, €15 for a sedan or €25 for a Mercedes Vito — the fare covers the whole car, never each passenger. Kadriye guests are 1–3 km away, Bogazkent roughly 18–25 minutes. Coming from Antalya Airport it is about 28 km; a sedan is €25 and a Vito €35, and the early-evening rush on the D400 can stretch the run, so allow extra margin before dinner reservations. You pay the driver in cash at the end, and child seats are fitted free on request.

Getting back after the castle finale

The return is the part worth planning. When the Wonder of Legends finale ends, the whole evening crowd leaves through the same gates, and the exit takes ten to twenty minutes to clear. Book your pickup for about fifteen minutes after the finale rather than the moment it finishes, and walk to the car-park side pavement just outside the main gate — the same spot where you were dropped. Your driver waits there with the interior light on and confirms his position on WhatsApp, so there is no hunting through a dark car park. If the crowd is heavy, agree a pull-in along Kadriye Yolu instead and stroll a few minutes up the road to a quieter kerb. The car is yours alone, so nobody waits on strangers.

Shaping the evening: dinner, shops, shows

A good avenue evening runs in one direction: arrive before dusk while the shops are open and the canal is calm, take a table for dinner at one of the restaurants overlooking the water, then drift towards the fountain as the light fades. The Musical Boat Parade and the Chimera Fountain shows come earlier, with the castle finale closing the night — the order and timing shift with the season, so glance at the day's programme when you arrive. It suits couples on a night out, families whose children are too small for the big slides, and guests on their last evening who want a show rather than a park day. Because the fare is per vehicle, a Vito full of six costs the same €25 from Belek as a couple would pay.

Practical tips

  • Book the return for about 15 minutes after the castle finale — the gates take 10–20 minutes to clear.
  • No park ticket is needed for the avenue, its shows or the free car park.
  • Evenings by the canal turn cool outside high summer — bring a light layer for the finale.
  • Fares are per vehicle: sedan for up to 4, Mercedes Vito for up to 6, minivan for up to 8.
  • Send your hotel and rough dinner plan on WhatsApp (+90 551 464 26 32) and we will time both directions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Land of Legends ticket to see the fountain show?

No. The Musical Boat Parade, the Chimera Fountain shows and the Wonder of Legends castle finale all take place on Shopping Avenue, which is a free open-air area outside the turnstiles. You walk in, watch the shows and leave without buying a park ticket.

How much is a taxi from Belek to Shopping Avenue?

A sedan for up to four passengers is €15 from Belek hotels and a Mercedes Vito for up to six is €25, each way and per vehicle rather than per seat. The drive is 5–8 km, usually 10–15 minutes, and you pay the driver in cash.

What time do the evening shows start?

Show times change with the season, so we never quote a fixed hour — check the day's programme posted on the avenue or the official site. The performances usually run after dark, with the castle finale last, and in winter the schedule is shorter.

Where does the driver wait after the show?

On the car-park side pavement just outside the main gate, at the same spot where you were dropped. After the finale the exit needs 10–20 minutes to clear, so we suggest a pickup around 15 minutes later, or an agreed pull-in on Kadriye Yolu if you prefer to walk clear of the crowd.

Can we go straight from Antalya Airport for the evening?

Yes. The airport is about 28 km away, normally 30–40 minutes, €25 by sedan or €35 by Mercedes Vito per vehicle. We track the flight and meet you in arrivals, though with suitcases most guests check in at the hotel first and ride over for the shows afterwards.

Is the avenue worth it with a stroller or small children?

Yes — the promenade is flat, strollers roll easily, and the boat parade and fountains hold toddlers' attention without ride queues. Child seats are fitted in our cars free of charge; just tell us the ages when you book, and we suggest the earlier part of the evening before the finale crowd builds.
