How a group booking works
Send one WhatsApp message with your headcount, luggage count, pickup point and date, and we reply with a fixed quote per vehicle — no forms, no deposit, nothing to pay online. Every driver is paid in cash at the end of the run, and the price never changes with the passenger count inside a vehicle: from Belek a sedan seating up to four is €15 and a Mercedes Vito seating up to six is €25, whatever the ages on board. For a group we simply combine vehicles until everyone has a comfortable seat, and the whole convoy is confirmed under one booking with one contact person. Larger vehicles and multi-vehicle combinations are quoted the same way, per vehicle, so a big party often pays less per family than two separate taxis flagged on the street.
Matching vehicles to your headcount
The fleet scales in sensible steps. A sedan carries up to four passengers, a Mercedes Vito up to six with room for around five or six suitcases, and a minivan up to eight — enough for most extended families in one vehicle. Beyond that we bring in a Sprinter minibus, which seats between eight and sixteen depending on the layout, and above roughly sixteen the group splits across two vehicles that travel together. Tell us the luggage as well as the heads: a party of six flying home with a fortnight's suitcases is a Vito question, not a sedan one, and beach bags for a park day take less space than airport luggage. If the numbers change after you book, message us — swapping a vehicle in the plan costs nothing before the day.
Airport arrivals for the whole party
Groups landing at Antalya Airport are met together, even off two different flights. We track every arrival, so a delay moves your drivers rather than your nerves, and waiting for the second flight is part of the plan, not a surcharge conversation. The run to The Land of Legends is about twenty-eight kilometres — usually thirty to forty minutes, closer to an hour in the late-afternoon rush on the D400 — and a sedan is €25 or a Vito €35, per vehicle. Staying at the Kingdom Hotel or Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts inside the resort? Both receptions have their own driveways, so tell us which hotel and each driver goes straight to the right door. Child seats are free for every vehicle in the convoy; send the ages with the booking.
Weddings, teams and keeping everyone together
Big days need boring logistics done well. For a daytime park visit the convoy drops at the main visitor car park by the park gate off Kadriye Yolu, a short walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles; parking is free, so drivers can wait for shorter stays. For an evening event — a wedding dinner on the Avenue, a team night at the shows — use the Shopping Avenue entrance instead, which needs no park ticket. Returns leave from the pavement on the car-park side of the main gate, the same spot as drop-off, and after the castle finale the exit takes ten to twenty minutes to clear, so we set group pickups about fifteen minutes after the end. One person holds the drivers' WhatsApp numbers and the whole plan flexes from there.
Practical tips
- Put the headcount, suitcase count and pickup point in one WhatsApp message for an exact multi-vehicle quote.
- Groups above about sixteen travel as a small convoy that leaves and arrives together.
- Name one group contact — the drivers coordinate every pickup and change through that single number.
- Evening-only visits use the Shopping Avenue entrance; the shows there need no park ticket.
- Set the return pickup about fifteen minutes after the castle finale — the exit takes a while to clear.

How large a group can you move to Land of Legends?

Is the group price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always — never per person, so the price does not creep as the group grows within one car. From Belek a sedan is €15 and a Vito €25, and larger vehicles are quoted the same way over WhatsApp. Everyone pays cash to the driver on the day.
Where do minibuses drop off and pick up at the park?
Day visitors are dropped at the main visitor car park by the park gate off Kadriye Yolu, then walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles. Evening groups use the Shopping Avenue entrance. The return meeting point is the car-park side pavement outside the main gate, exactly where you were dropped.
Can you collect our group from Antalya Airport?
Yes, including parties arriving on different flights. We track every landing, wait as long as it takes and drive the roughly twenty-eight kilometres to the resort in thirty to forty minutes. A sedan is €25 and a Vito €35 per vehicle; Kingdom and Nickelodeon guests go straight to their reception.
Do you handle wedding parties and sports teams?
Yes — multi-vehicle convoys with one fixed quote per vehicle are exactly what we run. Tell us the schedule and we stagger cars for early hair appointments, late guests or a team's kit van of luggage. Free child seats cover the youngest guests; just send the ages when you book.
What if part of the group wants to leave earlier than the rest?
Split the return. One vehicle takes the early leavers — tired grandparents, small children — while the rest stay for the evening shows, each run at its own fixed per-vehicle price. Same-day re-entry is allowed with your wristband, so a hotel break in the middle is easy from Belek or Kadriye.
