The car is out of the resort zone and onto the D400 within a couple of minutes rather than threading past a dozen other hotels first. Our driver pulls up under the covered entrance outside the main lobby, loads the pushchairs, then runs east past Aksu before turning onto Kadriye Yolu for the visitor car park. Reckon on about 22 km and 25–30 minutes door to turnstile.

There is no need to stand at the rank or wait in the lobby wondering. When you book we take your room name and travel date, and on the day the driver messages on WhatsApp as he reaches the resort. He waits under the covered entrance outside the main lobby, holding a name-board if you would rather be met that way. Let reception know a private transfer is booked so they wave the car through the gate. From the eastern end of Kundu it is a short hop to the D400, so the ride begins the moment the doors close.

A day at the park for Delphin Be Grand guests

Guests who love the resort's mega-pools tend to make a beeline for the aquapark, open from late spring to early autumn, before the queues build. The Hyper Coaster is the headline ride, and the Kingdom Hotel sits at the heart of the theme park. When the little ones flag, the free-to-walk Shopping Avenue with its aquarium gives everyone a shady, air-conditioned breather. Park tickets are from about £65 per person, separate from the transfer. Leave Delphin Be Grand around 09:15 to reach the turnstiles for opening near 10:00 and enjoy the rides before the midday crowds.

Evening night-show logistics

The after-dark night show is the reason many families stay late. The dancing-fountain display and the parade run along Shopping Avenue and need no separate ticket, so you can watch them whatever your park plan. Because the show ends late, your driver waits with no night surcharge, and you never fix a return time when you book. Message us on WhatsApp once the finale winds down and the car comes round.
