One-way, per vehicle, fixed in writing. Return = same price. Tolls, parking and waiting included.
From Lara to the park
From the Lara hotel strip the driver joins the D400 heading east, passes the airport junction and the Aksu plain, and turns off for Kadriye — 26 km door to door, usually 25–35 minutes. Mornings are easy; the road only thickens in the 17:00–19:00 peak around the airport, so we allow a little extra then. Ask to be dropped at the main visitor car park off Kadriye Yolu and walk through Shopping Avenue to the turnstiles. Gates usually open around 10:00, so a pickup at about 09:15 from most Lara hotels lands you at the entrance for opening.
At roughly half an hour each way, Lara guests do best treating this as a full day rather than dipping in and out. Start in Aqua Land while queues are short, let younger children settle into Tropic Lagoon, and look for the new Waterfly Land slide tower; keep Adventure Land's coasters for the afternoon heat. The Dolphin Land show is included with the ticket, and sunbeds, umbrellas and rafts are free. Outside food is not allowed and towels are not supplied, so pack light and hire a locker. If clouds roll in, the indoor Nickelodeon sections carry the day.
Plenty of Lara guests stay on after the slides, or ride over just for the evening. Shopping Avenue is a free open-air mall along a canal, and its Musical Boat Parade, Chimera Fountain displays and Wonder of Legends castle finale need no park ticket; they usually run in the evening, so check the day's programme. Water zones close in the early evening, leaving time to shower and eat first. For the return we wait at the car-park side pavement outside the main gate, the same spot as drop-off — the exit clears in ten to twenty minutes, so the pickup goes about fifteen minutes after the finale.
The fare is agreed before the car moves: €30 for a sedan seating up to four, €40 for a Mercedes Vito seating up to six, €50 for a minivan seating up to eight — always per vehicle, valid in either direction, paid in cash to the driver. A street taxi meters 26 km at whatever the traffic dictates, and excursion shuttles sell seats per person and fix your departure hour, so a family of four frequently pays more to leave earlier than it wanted. The private car leaves when you decide, waits nowhere, and carries free child seats; book both legs in one WhatsApp message.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a taxi from Lara to The Land of Legends?
The fixed fare is €30 for a sedan carrying up to four passengers, €40 for a Mercedes Vito carrying up to six, and €50 for a minivan carrying up to eight. The price is per vehicle, not per person, applies in both directions, and is paid in cash to the driver.
How long does the drive from Lara take?
The park is about 26 km from the Lara resort zone, and the drive usually takes 25–35 minutes along the D400 past the airport. In the 17:00–19:00 rush around the airport junction it can run longer, so we build in a margin for evening departures.
Where does the driver collect us for the return to Lara?
At the car-park side pavement outside the main gate, exactly where you were dropped off. After the evening finale the exit takes ten to twenty minutes to clear, so we usually set the pickup about fifteen minutes after the show, or agree a quieter pull-in on Kadriye Yolu.
Is the trip from Lara manageable with small children?
Yes. Child seats are free — send the ages with your WhatsApp booking. The ride is around half an hour, short enough for toddlers, and inside the park under-fours enter free with ID, strollers are welcome, and the Masha and The Bear land and indoor Nickelodeon areas suit the youngest.
When should we book the evening transfer for the night shows?
The Musical Boat Parade, Chimera Fountain displays and castle finale usually run in the evening, but the line-up varies, so check the day's programme first. From Lara, leaving before dusk beats the airport-stretch rush; Shopping Avenue is free to enter, so you can eat there before the shows and ride home afterwards.
Is a private car better than a shuttle or the bus from Lara?
Over 26 km, public buses mean changes and a long walk in the heat, and excursion shuttles pool guests, charge per person and fix your hours. A private car costs €30 for up to four people, runs door to door at your chosen minute, and returns whenever the show ends.
