The drive from Lykia World Links Golf Antalya leaves the resort's long beachfront at Denizyaka, tracks back west past Bogazkent and along Turizm Caddesi through Kadriye, then turns north on Kadriye Yolu to the park's visitor car park. It is resort road the whole way, with no D400 dual-carriageway and no airport traffic to sit in, so the run holds at 12 to 18 minutes at almost any hour. The only variable is the Belek roundabout cluster in July and August, which is why we quote a range rather than promise the bottom of it. A 09:30 pickup at the lobby has you at the gate before the opening surge.

Because the resort is set apart on its own links and beach, taxis do not sit waiting at the door the way they might in central Belek, and flagging one down for the ride back after dark is not a plan you want to rely on. A fixed price fixes all of that: from 30 € or 35 € buys the whole car each way, agreed before you get in, so two adults with three children still pay 30 € in a Vito. A rank meter, by contrast, keeps ticking through the slow exit crawl after the finale, and there is no meter to negotiate at 23:00 in Denizyaka.

Lykia World Links draws golfers, spa guests and families, and all of them turn up with clubs, buggies or beach bags, so we run van-class cars only. A couple down for the 18-hole course and the spa take the same Mercedes Vito from 30 € as a family splitting between the resort water park and a day at Land of Legends, and it swallows the lot; a larger golf party or two families together take the minivan for eight. It packs the Hyper Coaster and the rest of the theme-park rides, a big aquapark running from late spring to early autumn, the Kingdom Hotel at its heart and the free-to-walk Shopping Avenue with its aquarium. Park tickets start from about £65 per person. With only 12 km back to Denizyaka, families often do a full day, or split it: theme park in the morning, back to the resort for the spa or a beach hour, then out again for the cooler evening and the night show.

Getting back after the night show

The after-dark show along Shopping Avenue, with its dancing fountains, the parade and the castle-lit finale, is the part children remember, and it finishes late. Your driver waits with no night surcharge, so there is no rush to leave before the last fountain. Message us as you walk out of the gate and the car meets you at the same drop-off point for the 12 to 18 minute run east to Lykia World Links Golf Antalya. The finale empties the park at once, so we set the pickup about 15 minutes after it ends to let the car park clear.
