About this tour
Manavgat sits 40 km east of Belek and centres on the Manavgat river, which empties into the Mediterranean after sliding over a wide low waterfall. A short river cruise on a flat-bottomed boat with lunch on board is one of the most relaxed half-day experiences on the Antalya coast.
Many travellers combine the waterfall and boat trip with the Manavgat bazaar (Monday market is the busiest) or a quick visit to Side's ancient ruins, only 7 km away. The whole day is flat, easy walking and works well for grandparents bringing grandchildren on holiday.
