About this tour
Köprülü Canyon is a national park 70 km north of Belek where the Köprüçay river cuts through limestone cliffs covered in cypress forest. The white-water rafting is grade 2–3 — exciting but safe enough for first-timers and families with children over 7. Operators provide life jackets, helmets and safety briefings.
After 14 km of rafting (around 2 hours on the water), most groups stop for a trout lunch at one of the riverside restaurants. The same trip can include a stop at the Roman bridge (1st century AD, still in use) and a short hike to the Selge ancient theatre.

Is Koprulu Canyon rafting safe for kids?
Yes — grade 2–3 rapids are suitable for ages 7+ with a life jacket and helmet. Most operators run children's and adults' boats separately. Tell the operator the age and swimming ability of each child.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming is recommended but life jackets are compulsory. Non-swimmers can do the trip with confirmation from the rafting operator.
Can I combine rafting with zipline or quad?
Yes — multi-activity packages are popular. The same operators usually offer zipline and quad add-ons. Total day price increases by around €20–30 per person.
