The beach and the pier are on the seaward side of the building; the car is on the other.
What the drive west involves
Reckon on 105 km and 95 to 115 minutes each way, with the sea on your left going out and the Taurus ridge standing inland. Manavgat is where a summer morning slows down, and Alanya's own traffic can add a little at the Oba end; neither changes what you pay, because the figure was agreed before the car left the hotel. A drive of this length justifies a stop, and the driver pulls in at a service area for the asking. The same car and the same driver make the return, so nothing has to be arranged again at the gate.
Making a long day out of it
Oba is at the far eastern end of this coast, so the drive argues for a full day rather than a morning visit. The Hyper Coaster and the rides fill the daylight hours, the aquapark is open from late spring to early autumn, and the aquarium on Shopping Avenue will take an hour on its own without a park ticket. The evening show then gives the day an ending before the run back east, in the same car, at the fare already agreed.
Night-show tip: Shopping Avenue lies outside the turnstiles, so the parade, the dancing fountains and the castle finale can be watched without a park ticket. That makes the long drive worth stretching out: a full afternoon on the rides, dinner beside the canal, then the show. Message the driver on WhatsApp when the lights go down on the castle. Waiting is not charged for, the car is at the gate about 15 minutes later, and by then the queue at the exit has broken up for the run back east.
