The experience

This combo is built for guests who want a proper dose of adrenaline without giving up a whole holiday to it. The buggy section takes you across rough Taurus mountain terrain in open, double-seater vehicles that anyone aged 17 or over can drive, licence or not. The rafting section drops you onto the Kopruchay River in inflatable boats guided by trained instructors, split into two runs so nobody is exhausted before lunch. It suits couples, groups of friends and families with school-age children, and works well for first-timers because instructors brief everyone before either activity starts.

The coach leaves the coast and climbs inland for roughly 78 km, so you reach the base camp near Koprulu Canyon mid-morning. After a short safety talk you pair up, strap in and set off along dusty trails, stopping several times to take in the canyon views and grab photos. Back at camp you swap over to river gear, walk down to the launch point and ride the first stretch of the Kopruchay with your guide calling the strokes. A Turkish lunch and a lazy break follow, then the second run puts you back on the water before the drive home, arriving back around 18:00.

Good to know

The tour runs every day through the season, and summer is the obvious time for it because the river is refreshingly cold while the trails are hot and dusty. Wear clothes you would happily throw away, closed shoes for driving and swimwear underneath for the water. Leave phones and cameras that are not waterproof on the bus or in a dry bag. Children pay the reduced £12 rate from age 7 to 12 and ride as passengers, since only those aged 17 and over may drive. Drinks are not included, so bring a little cash, and pack a hat and sunglasses for the exposed stretches.

What to bring

  • Swimwear and a towel
  • Closed-toe shoes for the buggy, plus water shoes or strapped sandals for rafting
  • Light, quick-drying clothes you are happy to get muddy
  • Hat, sunglasses and a scarf for dust
  • A dry change of clothes for the ride home
  • Sunscreen and a little cash for drinks

We run transfers in and out of Belek every day of the year, so we know exactly which gate, lobby or side entrance the coach can reach at your hotel and we pass that detail on when we confirm your seats. Send a WhatsApp message to +90 551 464 26 32 with your hotel name, the date and how many adults and children are travelling, and you will get a written confirmation with your pickup window. The price is fixed at £25 per adult and £12 per child, paid in cash on the day, with no card fees, deposits or hidden extras added later.

Fixed price, no prepayment. Send the date and number of guests on WhatsApp, receive a written confirmation with your pickup time, and pay on the day. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for day excursions.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the buggy and rafting combo cost from Belek?

The 2026 rate is £25 per adult and £12 per child aged 7 to 12, and that single figure covers the coach transfer, both activities, lunch, safety gear, instructors and insurance. Only drinks are extra. Infants aged 0 to 6 can travel but no separate price is published for them, so mention any little ones when you message us and we will confirm before you commit. Payment is in cash on the day.

How long is the tour and what time will I be back?

Plan on a full day. The tour operates from 09:00 to 18:00, around nine hours door to door, with roughly 78 km of driving each way between Belek and the Koprulu Canyon base. Most of that time is spent on the buggies, on the river and at lunch, and you should be dropped back at your hotel at about 18:00, which still leaves time for an evening meal.

Can children take part, and can they drive the buggy?

Yes, children are welcome. Kids aged 7 to 12 pay the £12 child rate and sit in the passenger seat of the double-seater buggy next to an adult. Driving is restricted to guests aged 17 and over, and everyone follows the instructors' rules on the trail. On the river, children wear a helmet and life jacket like everyone else and paddle with the guide in the boat.

Where and when will I be picked up?

Pickup is from the front of your hotel in Belek, Kadriye or Bogazkent, and the tour operates from 09:00. Exact collection times differ by hotel because the coach works its way along the coast, so we send your specific slot on WhatsApp once the booking is confirmed. Please be in the lobby about ten minutes early, as the driver has a full route to complete before heading inland.

What happens if I need to cancel or the weather turns?

Because you pay in cash on the day, there is no deposit tied up and nothing to refund if your plans change. Just let us know on WhatsApp as early as you can so the seats can be released. The combo runs daily and the activity site operates in most weather, but if conditions on the river or the trails are judged unsafe the operator will move you to another date or cancel without charge.

What should I wear and bring for the buggy and rafting day?

Dress for dust in the morning and water in the afternoon. Closed-toe shoes and old clothes are best for the buggy, with swimwear on underneath so you can change quickly for the river, where water shoes or strapped sandals work better than flip-flops. Bring a towel, a hat, sunglasses and a scarf for the trail, plus a dry outfit for the coach home. Drinks are not included, so carry some cash.
