The tour runs every day through the season, and summer is the obvious time for it because the river is refreshingly cold while the trails are hot and dusty. Wear clothes you would happily throw away, closed shoes for driving and swimwear underneath for the water. Leave phones and cameras that are not waterproof on the bus or in a dry bag. Please be in the lobby about ten minutes early, as the driver has a full route to complete before heading inland.
What happens if I need to cancel or the weather turns?
Because you pay in cash on the day, there is no deposit tied up and nothing to refund if your plans change. Just let us know on WhatsApp as early as you can so the seats can be released. The combo runs daily and the activity site operates in most weather, but if conditions on the river or the trails are judged unsafe the operator will move you to another date or cancel without charge.
