The experience
Rafting on the Koprucay River is the classic Antalya adventure, and this half-day version is built for people who want the fun without a full day away from the beach. The river runs through Koprulu Canyon National Park, about 60 km from Belek, dropping through short, bouncy rapids that open out into wide green pools of clear mountain water. Nobody needs previous experience: an instructor steers each raft and calls the paddle commands, and the life jackets do the hard work if anyone goes for an unplanned swim. It suits couples, groups of friends and families, with children aged 7-12 at £8 and infants aged 0-6 free.
The minibus collects you from your hotel at the time we confirm and heads inland towards Beskonak. At the base you are fitted with a helmet and life jacket and the instructors explain the paddle strokes and the safety rules. A shuttle then carries everyone up to the launch point, where you are sorted into 8-seat rafts or, if you asked for one at booking, a 2-seat boat. The descent covers roughly 14 km and takes about 3 hours, broken by two stops for swimming and photos. Lunch follows at a restaurant above the valley before the drive back, with drop-off by 18:00 at the latest.

Good to know
June to September is the sweet spot, when the cold river is a relief; May and October work too, though you may want a wetsuit from the base. Wear your swimsuit under a T-shirt, pick shoes that strap on and stay put in moving water, and pack a towel, sunscreen and a full dry change for the ride home. Leave valuables at the hotel: bags stay on the bus, which waits at the take-out, and each raft carries a small safe for essentials. Non-swimmers can join thanks to the life jackets, and the trip is pitched at all ages, with infants aged 0-6 travelling free and children 7-12 paying £8.

We are a transfer company first, and that shows in how the rafting day starts. Shared excursions usually wobble at pickup; our drivers know every hotel gate and lobby in Belek, Kadriye and Bogazkent, so you are collected at the agreed spot and time. Send the date, your hotel and the ages of everyone travelling to +90 551 464 26 32 on WhatsApp; we reply with a written confirmation and your pickup time, and can request the free 2-seat boat for you. The price is fixed at £14 per adult and £8 per child, nothing is paid in advance, and you settle in cash on the day.
Fixed price, no prepayment. Send the date and number of guests on WhatsApp, receive a written confirmation with your pickup time, and pay on the day. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for day excursions.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the Belek rafting tour and what does the price include?
The 2026 price is £14 per adult, £8 per child aged 7 to 12, and free for infants aged 0 to 6. That covers the round-trip hotel transfer, insurance, helmet, life jacket and raft, an instructor and lunch at a restaurant above the valley. Drinks are extra, and the photos and videos shot by the river photographers are sold separately if you want them. There is no prepayment; you pay in cash on the day.
How long does the rafting trip take from Belek?
Plan on 4 to 6 hours from your hotel door and back, of which about 3 hours is spent on the river covering roughly 14 km with two rest stops. The tour runs every day inside an 08:00 to 18:00 window, so you are always back before the evening. The drive to Koprulu Canyon is about 60 km each way. We confirm your exact pickup time on WhatsApp the day before.
Is rafting on the Koprucay suitable for children?
Yes, this is one of the gentler rafting rivers around Antalya and the trip is marketed for families and all ages. Children aged 7 to 12 pay £8 and get properly fitted helmets and life jackets; infants aged 0 to 6 travel free. The 8-seat rafts keep the family together with an instructor, and the calm stretches between rapids give younger paddlers time to relax. Tell us the children's ages when you book so the right kit is ready.
Where and when will I be picked up for the rafting tour?
From the lobby of your hotel anywhere in Belek, Kadriye or Bogazkent; the return transfer drops you at the same place. The operator works within an 08:00 to 18:00 window and the pickup time varies with the day's schedule, so we confirm the exact slot on WhatsApp once your booking is in. Be downstairs a few minutes early with your phone switched on, and message us if you are delayed so the driver can wait.
Can I cancel the rafting tour if my plans change?
Yes. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is no refund to chase. Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your pickup and we will cancel or move you to another date free of charge; since the tour runs every day, a swap is usually easy. If the operator calls the trip off because of river conditions or weather, we offer a new date or you simply pay nothing.
What should I bring for a day of rafting?
Come in your swimsuit with a T-shirt over it, and wear snug water shoes or sandals with straps; flip-flops come off in the first rapid. Pack a towel, a dry set of clothes for the journey back, sunscreen and a hat. Phones only belong on the raft inside a waterproof pouch; otherwise leave them on the bus with your bag, which waits at the take-out. Bring a little cash for drinks and the optional photo package.
